There are hundreds of shakes, meal replacements, and juices out there. Everyone has there own gidget or gadget that they drink and feel works best for them. Mine is Shakeology. I truly feel that there isn’t a better product out there. Over 70, yes 70 healthy ingredients from around the world are in Shakeology!
