My friends and I have frequently had this discussion. What are the best workouts for men? We noticed that every guy is an individual and it all depends on exactly what that person likes. Who wants to do a workout that they don’t enjoy? I know not me! All this will cause is procrastination and most times a workout that is never done. In addition to the resistance days you have one day of plyometric training also known as jump training which is a killer explosive type cardio workout. This program is 60 days long and you expect a very lean and ripped look once you are finished. Your endurance will also increase drastically and going out to do a 5k race on the weekend would be a walk in the park. - Body Beast– This workout is all about packing on some serious muscle. I have seen many of my friends pack on as much as 20 pounds of muscle but the norm is closer to 10 pounds or more in about 90 days. If you want to get big you need to lift big.
