Focus T25 Workout – What Is This?
Focus T25 is coming out in the summer of 2013 so get ready! I was at Disney World with about 1,000 other Beachbody Coaches celebrating success and we got to get a sneak peak at Focus T25. We were all in a big conference room when we heard the news. The CEO of Beachbody – Carl Daikeler approached the creator of Insanity – Shaun T and told him that he truly doesn’t have the full 40 minutes to an hour to workout everyday so he needs something quick and intense but will still give him great results. Sound like you? Don’t have time? Well Shaun T took Carl’s request and came up with Focus T25. It is going to be one of Beachbody’s newest programs that will be released this coming summer. Focus T25 is 5 days a week and will be 25 minutes long each day. But there is a catch. Lol! Let’s talk about Focus T25!
Focus T25 Workout – Is It Similar To Insanity?
Focus T25 does have a small catch. The “T” is derived from Shaun “T” and the “25” stands for “25 minutes.” What’s the catch? The workout is 25 minutes long with ZERO breaks. If you want to experience a short workout and get extreme results then you need to go all in at 100% for the full 25 minutes. Focus T25 is similar to Insanity because the style of the workout is very much the same. It will be a high intensity interval based workout that will push you out of your comfort zone.
Focus T25 Workout – How Long Is It?
Focus T25 will have two phases. The first phase is approximately 5 weeks long and is going to be called the Alpha phase. This will entail general conditioning exercise moves to prepare you for the rest of the program. The second phase will be the Beta phase and focus on general conditioning as well as some more core work. Both phases of Focus T25 will stick to 5 days a week at 25 minutes long each day. That doesn’t change. But if you know Shaun T then you know the level of intensity he can bring to you in 25 minutes. It will make you feel like you just worked out for hours. You may think shorter may be better but be aware because this will be a swift kick in the butt when it comes to the intensity of the workout.

Yes you do!!!! There are no excuses anymore when it comes to Focus T25! How much time a day do you spend on tv? Surfing the web? Messing around on facebook? If you actually kept track you would realize you spend hours a week on non-productive stuff. Everyone has 25 minutes a day 5 days a week to workout to a program like Focus T25. I am a big fan of Shaun T’s style of workout. If you are going to workout then go for it and push yourself out of your comfort zone!
