Beachbody Coach Scam – Is This Business Legit?
“This is some Beachbody Coach scam” was one of the first things that came to my mind when I first looked into this business. I thought to myself does this business really work? Can I make any money as a Beachbody coach? Or is this just some sort of Beachbody coach scam? The biggest thing I heard people say is its a ‘pyramid scheme” right? Well I’m here to tell you its not a pyramid scheme and that there is no such thing as a Beachbody Coach scam. I am currently a Diamond Beachbody Coach with the business. A Diamond Coach is considered a leadership position within Beachbody. I’m a real person who works full time as a law enforcement officer and happily married father with three beautiful kids. This business does work and can make you a lot of money. But let me actually explain to you why this business isn’t considered some pyramid scheme or Beachbody Coach scam.

No!!! Absolutely not! Not a Beachbody Coach scam! What I really found it is that many people don’t actually understand what a pyramid scheme or scam is. But if you think about it almost every job is shaped like a pyramid. You have the CEO of the company at the top and everyone else below them. Corporate America is a pyramid. But let me tell you specifically why this isn’t some Beachbody Coach scam or pyramid.
- Pyramids schemes are illegal. Therefore I don’t think the IRS would allow a Fortune 500 company heading to be a billion dollar company get away with an illegal business plan. There are over 100,000 Coaches so I don’t think if this was a illegal Beachbody Coach scam that there would be this much success already. The IRS would shut them down.
- None of your fees to be a Coach (approximately $16/month) go towards your “upline’ which in a typical pyramid scheme they would. In the traditional pyramid scheme you wait for those below you to pay your fair share and then you pull out. Not here. Your fees go towards things such as your websites and customer service. Nothing here leads you to think its some Beachbody Coach scam.
- Pyramid Schemes don’t sell a product. Its about putting cash in when you enter and waiting to cash out from those that join under you. Beachbody sells products like P90X, Insanity and Shakeology.
- In this business you can do better than your “upline” and pass them in terms of income and rank. In illegal pyramid schemes you cannot pass your “upline.” Your spot is where it is and you have to wait to get to the top.
- As stated above every organization in this country is shaped like a pyramid. Its the scheme that is illegal and I assure you this is not some scheme or Beachbody coach scam.
- As you succeed in this business you can open up a second business center and sponsor yourself again as a new Coach. In a pyramid scheme you cannot do this.
- There are many others ways to make money in this business that have nothing to do with the Coaches in your downline. One example is simple retail sales. You make a commission off anything you sell. Again this is far from some scheme or Beachbody scam.

After actually doing the research and being part of Beachbody for a little while now I could honestly tell you I’m quite impressed and this is the farthest thing from some Beachbody coach scam. Like I said earlier we have over 100,000 Coaches right now and this business is stronger than ever. I have met some of the most inspiring people with amazing success stories with their own physical transformation as well as with their Coaching business. I also have the privilege of working with some other awesome Coaches who have basically become my second family. We don’t all have six packs abs. We are not certified personal trainers. We are simply people willing to help others change their lives by becoming healthy and fit and have the ability to do that through some of the best workout programs, nutritional supplements and trainers from around the world. I absolutely love it!!! This business has allowed my family to do things we could of never done without Beachbody. We are going to Disney World in March as a reward to us! We can’t wait! This is definitely not some Beachbody Coach scam!!
