Flat Belly Solution – Time to Get Real With You!
Your flat belly solution does not involve some gadget or gadget machine you see on television or some pill, potion or processed food. It gets me so upset to see people day in and day out buy every single new gadget on tv thinking it is going to get them six pack abs and a flat belly solution. Do you really think that by using the Shake Weight for 15 minutes a day that you are going to look like the guy in the infomerical? By August 2010, a reported two million Shake Weight units had been sold for a total of $40 million in sales! Are you kidding me??!!! It’s such a scam but people buy into it every single day. Or do you really feel that taking some pill that ultimately causes your heart rate to increase all day is something you can sustain for your lifetime? Let’s face it. A flat belly solution that is 100% successful is about changing your lifestyle of exercise and nutrition. Not some yo yo diet or pills that flatten your stomach. You cannot live a life like this. I see diets as something that you go on and then eventually go off. You need to change as a person and it starts with your mindset and how you approach it. Flat Belly Solution Starts In The Kitchen
The first flat belly solution starts in the kitchen. Abs are made in the kitchen. You CANNOT out exercise your diet. It’s that simple. You are what you eat. If you eat garbage then expect garbage to come out. If you eat healthy then you will produce positive healthy results. Now we all need to treat ourselves every once in awhile. I’m not saying you have to eat healthy 100% of the time. But I stick to a very clean and healthy diet about 90% of the time. It’s not about having a cheat day but rather a treat meal. You have to live your life but don’t let it spiral out of control. I have learned to do this by keeping my diet simple. I don’t count calories or points. I know if I am eating healthy that I have nothing to worry about. So here is my first tip to a flat belly solution. I stick to these 5 groups of food when I eat and when I do I have nothing to worry about. Here they are:
- Lean Proteins
- Healthy Fats
- Whole Grains
- Fruits
- Vegetables
When I shop at the grocery store I try to stick to the outside aisles of the store. If you want a flat belly solution then stay away from the inner aisles as much as you can. The further you go in to the inner aisles the more processed foods and junk you will come across. These five groups of food are not hard to follow. Eat as many fruits and vegetables as you want. I don’t know the last time I came across someone that got fat because they ate too many vegetables. When eating pasta and bread eat whole grain pastas and breads. This is not hard to follow but the key here is to try to just stick to these groups 80-90% of the time and you will have nothing to worry about. This is a lifestyle that you can live and sustain. This is a flat belly solution. It’s not some pill, potion or processed food!

Obviously fitness and nutrition come hand in hand. You need to do both in order to be successful and have that flat belly solution. Many people think that if they just do crunches or ab work that your belly will get flat. Now I’m not saying that this won’t help but I’m letting you know that you need to focus on the entire body when exercising and your core and belly will follow. You can’t be doing any one thing or just a few flat stomach exercises.. For one, your body will hit a muscle plateau and you will stop getting results. And for two as your strengthen other parts of your body your core will get stronger and give you a flatter belly. The flat belly solution must involve some type of exercise and it must be a variety of exercises. Variety is the spice to fitness. Keep changing up your routine and your abs will follow!
