Insanity Certification

Its here!! Insanity Certification has finally arrived!! I was pretty excited when I saw this Insanity Certification come to fruition.  It just came out and I’m looking for a date that I can go and get certified.  Insanity has become one of the most popular at home fitness programs today with over 2 million copies of the workout program being sold.  Gyms are literally starting to lose people to memberships because of programs like Insanity and P90X.  Beachbody started certifying people in P90X and not until now are they starting Insanity Certification! So if you are already a Group Exercise Instructor or someone that wants to be an Instructor than this is one of those ways to help fill up your classes and get people motivated and in the best shape of their lives.  All eyes will be on you as you get people to push themselves through one of the hardest workouts out there.  It’s your chance to lead people just like Shaun T does and do it at a local gym near you.  Some people want to even call it a Shaun T certification! Lol! So how do you go through the Insanity Certification? Let’s talk about it now.

What Do I Learn Through The Insanity Certification?

When you take the Insanity Certification you are going to learn quite a few things.  It’s a one day course taught by Insanity Master Trainers.  The certification classes are starting to be given all over the country.  Here is what you can expect to learn at the Insanity Certification which is directly from the website:

• Walk you through the complete, pre-designed workout from start to finish—including moves and music—for a 30-minute or 50-minute class.
• Instruct proper form and best practices for counting and cueing INSANITY moves.
• Present options for modifications—how to regress and progress—so you can adapt the moves for students at all levels.
• Show you how to create an intense, but fun, atmosphere that makes people want to Dig Deeper^®, push harder, and come back for more!

When you complete the certification you will basically be all set to go teach an Insanity class at your local gym.  It’s essentially a turn key operation.  You will get the Certification Course Manual, expert hands on instruction, music, a DVD for “instructors,” cueing sheet and the music that you can use to get your class pumped out for the entire workout.

Insanity Certification Recognition

Once you complete the one day class with your fellow insanity Certification graduates you will receive quite a few cool things after your Insanity Instructor Certification.  They are:

• An Insanity Certification Diploma
• An Official Insanity Certification EBadge
• Approval To Use The Insanity Logo

Once you have all of these documents you will be ready to start teaching Insanity immediately.  Insanity is already a popular program and I know by taking a class like this to the gym it already will be a household name and set you up for success.

Insanity Certification The Classes Themselves

I have learned that when you get your Insanity Certification that you will be able to teach classes in two blocks.  30 minutes and 50 minutes.  The 30 minute class has the warm up, 2 circuits of 4 Insanity moves and then the cool down.  You repeat each of the two circuits three times just like the Insanity DVD’s.  At the end of each circuit you will also add in a 1 minute power move to make yourself push yourself even harder!  The 50 minute class that in the Insanity Certification is very similar to the 30 minute class but you will add in a third circuit.  In addition, at the very end you will be adding in a short but powerful ab routine to help you get those six pack abs! Again you will get everything you need by the time you are done with the Insanity Certification in order to teach either the 30 minute or 50 minute class.
