I haven’t done the program yet but I got a taste of it when I received Tony Horton’s Volume 3 One on One Series for the past year. It was called One one One P90X-MC2 aka Muscle Confusion 2. It was all the moves that Tony tested out for P90X2. I can say this. They were very tough workouts. A lot of balance on medicine balls when doing things like push ups. Plyo had deeper ranger of motion moves. Yoga was shorter but harder. Ab Ripper was much harder lasting 45 minutes!!! Post Activation Potentiation (read more below) was a concept I never heard of but it really opened my eyes to a new way of challenging your body.
