It has been an eventful 7 years, but this is a great time to sit back and see where we were, and where we are now. We are in our 40’s and in the best shape of our lives both physically and mentally.

You need to have a drive to do what you want to do each day. I get up and workout each day because I want to be here for my family in the future. If you don’t do this now, you WILL pay for it later.
We are all in control of our hours each day, instead of letting our hours control us. You can do the same thing! Don’t look back and regret what you didn’t get done.
