Nobody wants to go for a run in the rain, and will come up with excuses not to go. Life is the same way, you keep coming up with excuses not to do something. Imagine if you would face your obstacles and run in the rain.
Every singe day life is going to try and knock you down with challenges. We can’t control what happens to us, but we CAN control how we react to it.
Many people think we exercise to look better… the truth is that we exercise to feel better. It is an overall sense of well-being. You should give it a try and see if you feel better!

You need to have a drive to do what you want to do each day. I get up and workout each day because I want to be here for my family in the future. If you don’t do this now, you WILL pay for it later.
We are all in control of our hours each day, instead of letting our hours control us. You can do the same thing! Don’t look back and regret what you didn’t get done.
