I am no different than you and have days when I struggle. I have been so busy with work, that I just didn’t feel up to getting my workout in today. Here is what I did about it…
I hear people everyday saying they are going to do it…. stop waiting for everything to be perfect to start, JUST DO IT!
If you want something bad enough, you will find a way to make the time to get it done. You can always find an “excuse” to not do something today. Instead of finding an excuse, JUST DO IT TODAY!
Don’t let anything you did or didn’t do yesterday derail your journey. Today is a new day, get started again!! That one workout will change you!
