So many of us are stuck in 3rd gear and need to push harder. Today I could have easily said no to a workout, but I pushed through. If you will leave everything on the table you WILL get amazing results!
Are you willing to make sacrifices? No matter if your goal is related to your health, career, family, etc. you need to be willing to give up to go up
As we head into the holiday season I know how crazy things can get. But don’t use this as an excuse to get off track and do nothing. On average people gain 7-10 pounds during this time.
Life is going to knock you down and things are going to happen. The key to being successful is getting past that momentary set back and being persistent in achieving your goal. Don’t let one momentary event derail you.
Don’t beat yourself up because of what you ate on Thanksgiving. Get back at it today and this one workout can fix you! It will get your mind and body back on track
No matter what you are doing to work out, always continue to push yourself. The magic happens when you get out of your comfort zone!
Everyone has a comfort zone where you like to stay. But if you want the next 30 days to not look like the last 30 days, then YOU have to change. The circumstances around us are not going to change. So we need to step out of our comfort zone in order to see change.…
