As we head into the holiday season I know how crazy things can get. But don’t use this as an excuse to get off track and do nothing. On average people gain 7-10 pounds during this time.
The key to being a successful Beachbody coach is building relationships. This is so important. People do not care how much you know, UNTIL they know how much you care.
Life is going to knock you down and things are going to happen. The key to being successful is getting past that momentary set back and being persistent in achieving your goal. Don’t let one momentary event derail you.
Everyone is trying to succeed at something. To achieve that success we need to stop looking for someone to help us, just look in the mirror and tell yourself
Don’t beat yourself up because of what you ate on Thanksgiving. Get back at it today and this one workout can fix you! It will get your mind and body back on track
Before Beachbody I was eating close to 3000 calories of crap a day and yes I said it! “Crap!” Sometimes it was McDonald’s at least once a day sometimes even twice! I’ll admit I’m not happy about it now.
